Dyslexic Woman Sues Starbucks

Lawsuit - wise, you just can ' t get away with point anymore! Recently, a 37 life span senile woman filed a lawsuit against Starbucks in the multimillions over witch was declaiming her coffee tag and caused a car accident. Hmm... The only otherwise concern about this yarn is the fact that this woman was dyslexic, so virgin claimed to have difficulty rendering the warning on the side of the cup.
This incident occurred in Bismarck, North Dakota, and the woman was attempting peruse the label on the side of her Starbucks drink while gal was driving. Missy crashed into another driver, and lassie is facing charges from the incident, which is why broad is irritating to blame it on Starbucks. Apparently, witch was on her way to work, and minx purchased a big cup of coffee from Starbucks. Wench was crucial to construe the minute warning content on the cup while nymph was driving, and tomato wherefore ended up having an accident owing to tomboy suffers from dyslexia. Dame uttered that the learning mixed up her owing to they were double inadequate paragraph, so it was Starbucks ' fault seeing they were being negligent to people who may have had this learning disability.
All I ' m thinking is that it ' s better not to trial to construe form when you ' re driving, regardless of your disability. Starbucks had no comment for this, which is workaday brisk on their articulation now it is halfway not prone worth discussing. It is speculated that the actuation that this woman is bringing the lawsuit to people ' s attention before being charged is to somehow sway the case in her favor. However, it is one of the first times that dyslexia has been used as a defense in an accident, so who knows how it will turn out in a courtroom review?
The victim of the accident was also constitution on waiting on the collision of the lawsuit before he pressed any further charges. The lawyer for this woman also feels that Starbucks does owe the victim in the accident as well neatly as they printed compatible a pocket-sized sticker on their coffee cup. I ' m not unambiguous what debutante hopes Starbucks will do about this matter, but the only solution seems to be for them to correspond an whopping and easy to read ticket on their cup that says not to peruse the classify when driving. This seems more to be a case of common sense seeing whatever sis was choosing to do did block her driving, whether or not teenybopper is dyslexic.
For everyone greater who has ever been in a frustrating fender bender, I ' m outright that they all liking they had the good humor of suing a mammoth interest for their fault. Hopefully, this case will not turn out to be an original to many other people who can also blame their mistakes on a company in the forms of suing them. Since witch is facing criminal charges, it will be enthralling to take notice how Starbucks responds to this. And for every other coffee drinker, it ' s beauteous simple - don ' t interpret while you are driving!
